It will also involve the provision of adequate tools.

Stanley is a considerable distance from Hong Kong City

and the Courts, and special transport for the carriage of prisoners

staff and stores will be an immediate need.

A successful feature of prison administration in Hong Kong

has been the Prison Hospital and the Hong Kong Medical Dopantment.

The needs of this hospital on re-occupation should be borne in mind

by the Medical authorities.

9.

In the re-staffing of the prisons the proportion of

European Prison Officers should be reduced.
